Check-in chaos and messy rooms

So we got there late and couldn't check in right away. Had to keep calling but finally got help from a fellow guest. Once we got our room, it was really dirty, with a sink full of old stuff. The kitchen cupboards were gross too. On the plus side, the staff did eventually get in touch, but the whole experience was pretty frustrating.

Mr. Ola's exceptional help with my luggage truly made my day much easier. I loved being able to cook my meals in the kitchen, which felt like home.

Super helpful staff!

I stayed for 5 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Shower. Mr Ola was an absolute legend, helping me with my heavy bags all the way to the 3rd floor. The location is spot on, just a short walk to Bradford College and the town center. The kitchen was handy for cooking my meals anytime, but it could use some more utensils.

The sitting area was cozy despite a broken chair in the room.

A Delightful Stay with a Few Hiccups

The spacious deluxe room was well-equipped, perfect for a restful night. Pro tip, arrive early to enjoy nearby attractions before check-in.

the location is super great, really close to univ n town center. the kitchen is cool, made it feel like home where u can cook anytime. also, mr ola was a lifesaver helping with my bags when i arrived. it was nice havin that helpful attitude from him. the area is really peaceful n perfect for a getaway.

The shower head needs an anchor, couldn’t shower properly. also, they really need a lift , carrying heavy bags is tough!

Close to concert, nice stay!

We stayed for a night after enjoying a concert nearby. The free parking was a huge plus! When we had a few issues, the staff sorted them out quickly and even moved us to a clean room that worked perfectly for sleeping. The breakfast choices were tasty too. Only wish the shower was a bit better, though.

trigg hall has a great location, just a short distance from the city center. the staff was kind, especially a gentleman who helped me when I was struggling to check in late at night. I appreciated the comfortable bed in the deluxe double room with shower during my stay.

Staying at Trigg Hall was a mixed bag, but there’s handy dining nearby! I hit up Kashmir Restaurant for a cracking curry and popped into Arome's for a cheeky pastry. The location's spot on, close to town and university, making it a proper base for exploring Bradford!

The kitchen was in a bit of a state, grubby and needing basic gear. Plus, the management seemed confused, we only got one door key for two rooms. A bit disorganized, to be fair.

Solo Traveler's solid choice

Mr Ola, the guy who helped me with my luggage, was like an angel. He carried my heavy bags all the way to level 3 without a fuss.

It isn’t the cheapest option, but the stay was still acceptable.

The kitchen facilities were great for cooking whenever I wanted. The location was ideal and close to everything! The sitting area had a nice vibe despite needing a bit of work. It's awesome how helpful the staff were, especially Mr Ola, who totally saved me by carrying my heavy luggage up to the third floor. He was amazing!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the university and town center. And I must give a shoutout to Mr Ola, who was incredibly helpful and carried my heavy luggage to the third floor. He truly made my arrival smoother!
